Weekend Sum-up

Have to say though, Metros on Sat Nite was awesome. Although I was dead tired by the time i got home (which was 6.20 am btw) the amount of calories I burned on that nite alone, If I keep that up everyday, I should achieve that elusive sixpack by the end of the month instead of sporting that bulging one-pack I now begrudgingly carry.

Prior to that, I went to Tiger Lily’s for Hana’s B’day. It was great to see some old friends again after a long hiatus. But unfortunately, full-time work does that to you. Now, I just need to decide whether to go for Asia Cocktail or GodsKitchen during the end of September. Decisions, decisions…

On other stuff, I just learned that Oscar-winning director Ang Lee (Yes, the dude who won for that emotionally-repressed cowboy movie) has just started filming his new movie ‘Lust, Caution’ and his production company are at none other than my hometown of Ipoh in Malaysia. Apparently, they were using Old Town to stand in for old 1940s HK. What cheezes me off is the fact that my all-time fav actor and idol TOny Leung Chiu Wai (Watch Infernal Affairs and In the Mood for Love for a good picture of his acting talents…) is there at the moment.. AArrrgggGGHH!!!!

WHo would’ve thought… *sigh*

ANyway, SUnday was quiet. Met up with Ming, Vince, Quinn n Yw for a supposedly sashimi-lunch appointment. But being the late Sunday risers that we are, there wasn’t a Jap restaurant open at 2.30pm in sight. LAst resort was the HK BBQ House whilst listening to Ming’s tales of near-homo-eroctic-encounters (Dude, you’re sharing a room with Ben during the trip.. :p) .

And now it’s Monday, the beginning of the work week… another stress-inducing 5days (or in my case, 6)… and in the words of the almighty orange, fat cat:

‘I Hate Mondays..’

*bleh*
